Introduction
Requirement: Student must be a holder of the Attendance Certificate in Starter & Main Course before applying.
This intermediate course specializes in teaching the art of preparing mouth-watering starter and main course dishes. Perfect for those who have a solid foundation in cooking basics, the class will cover advanced techniques such as flavor pairing, plating, and presentation.Techniques for cooking proteins to perfection will be emphasized, along with expert tips for seasoning and sauce-making. Throughout the course, students will develop their culinary skills through hands-on cooking exercises, recipe demos and tastings under the guidance of a professional chef instructor. At the end of the course, students will have a repertoire of impressive dishes to share with family and friends.

Chef Eric
Having graduated from the University College of Birmingham with a degree in Culinary Art Management, Chef Eric quickly put his skills to work, earning the privilege of working under Chef Gordon Ramsey as well as accumulating experience as a chef in various establishment here in Hong Kong. His deep specialization in Western cuisine and desserts has won him wide acclaim, granting him the distinction of being featured in several shows and media reports.
Awards
Students who achieve a minimum attendance of 75% may apply for “Attendance Certificate in Intermediate Starter & Main Course”. Award will be issued within 3 months.

Kindly pay the initial deposit for the course as well as prepare the following items:
- Chef uniform set deposit - total $392 in cash (uniform - $300, apron - $50, big towel - $30, and chef hat - $12; non refundable)
- Two new kitchen clothes with different colors $12

Make-up classes are allowed but are subject to: prior approval, validity of proof of absence and availability. In addition, make-up classes do not count as attendances.
