Introduction
Food and Beverage Professionals shares the experience of the classic French Gueridon Flambe Dinner. There will be a 3 courses flambe dinner with a glass of full body red wine. Participants can watch and learn how to make the Steak au Poivre and at the same time enjoy the dinner at the semi-chef-table arrangment.
