Cakes & Dessert Classes
We have been providing cake making class many years and we are the pioneer of cake making or making cake training academy. Our chefs are senior and know how. If you want to learn all the classic, solid knowledge and skills, this cake making or making cake course is for you. With this course, you will learn to make cake the chef way from classic to modern techniques.

- Deposit of chef uniform sets total $392 (By cash, including uniform($300), apron($50), big towel($30)，and chef hat($12，no return))

- Students can learn different kinds of cakes from basics to professionals. Students can get the basic skills of making cake & basic chocolates,

- Mr Kong has been working in the industry over 45 years, his students are working for famous hotels in bakery and pastry.
