Aims & Objectives:

This course is to train students all the basic for wines.  At the lesson, students can learn about wines and enjoy a menu of food together with the best matched wines available in the market.


Student can identify the categories and regions by smelling and tasting.  Students can be able to comment and analyse wines.  Variety of grapes and taste of wine, and tasting of red, white wine.

  • Mr. Wong teaches student how to appreciate wines with food, and together with basic wine knowledge, variety of grapes and tasting technique. Different kinds of red, white wine will be presented to the students.  Mr. Wong has more than 30 years experiences on culinary.

  • “Attendance Certificate in Basic Wine Knowledge” (Attendance: 75% or above)  Award will be given within 3 months.
