根據香港法律，不得在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
This course teaches basic bartending skills, responsible service, creation of classic and unique drinks, and maintaining a clean workplace. It’s suitable for beginners or those wishing to refresh their skills.

「初級調酒師修讀證明書」 (出席率需達 75%或以上) 證書需要3個月內頒發。
