Classic Gueridon Flambe Workshop

Food and Beverage Professionals shares the experience of the classic French Gueridon Flambe Dinner.  There will be a 3 courses flambe dinner with a glass of full body red wine.  Participants can watch and learn how to make the Steak au Poivre and at the same time enjoy the dinner at the semi-chef-table arrangment.

Swiss, French, English and English-Chinese Chefs and Maitre d'Hotel over 35 years experience in the Food and Beverage Industry from world class establishment such as Ritz, Savoy, enjoys the sharing of 18th to 19th Century food and wines from the classic "back to the future" theme
