課程簡介

Medium of Instruction: 英文

This culinary course teaches international cuisine, combining theory with practical experience in a hotel setting. It follows the globally recognized Cambridge syllabus and covers kitchen safety, hygiene, and equipment knowledge. Experienced chefs provide hands-on instruction in creating culturally authentic dishes. Ideal for those pursuing a culinary career.

為獲得香港西廚學院頒授 酒店廚藝專業文憑 學生必須符合以下要求:

  • 學員修畢整個課程和通過校內評核合格
  • Achieve 85% attendance or above in each Module

獎勵將於3個月內頒發。

學費

  • 總學費:
    • HK$44,100
  • 雜費:
    • HK$3,500 廚師制服按金合共$402 (以現金繳付,包括廚師外套($300)、圍裙($50)、隔熱布($30),羹叉($10,毋須歸還) 和廚師帽($12,不可退還))兩條全新清潔廚布$12
  • 報名費:
    • HK$200

母語為英語者以英語授課; must be:

  • a F.5 graduate
  • S.6 graduate 或 
  • 中六 香港中學文憑畢業 或 相關行業從業人士(需通過面試取錄).
